1. About Studio Sheean
Studio Sheean is an independent art studio offering live watercolor illustration, private art experiences, workshops, and commissioned artwork. All services are provided by Sheean, a professional artist based in Florence, Italy.
2. Services
Services offered may include, but are not limited to:
Live watercolor illustration at events
Private watercolor experiences for travelers
Group workshops and art-led experiences
Certain services, including wedding and event live painting, are governed by separate written agreements. In the event of a conflict, the signed agreement will prevail over these Terms and Conditions.
3. Bookings and Inquiries
Submitting an inquiry through this website or by email does not constitute a confirmed booking. All bookings are confirmed only once agreed upon in writing.
Availability is limited and bookings are accepted on a first-come basis.
4. Payments
Payment terms, deposits, and balances are communicated at the time of booking and may vary depending on the service. For services governed by a separate agreement, payment terms outlined in that agreement apply.
5. Cancellations and Changes
Cancellation and rescheduling policies vary depending on the service and are communicated at the time of booking. For services governed by a written agreement, the cancellation terms in that agreement apply.
6. Workshops and Experiences
Workshops and group experiences require a minimum number of participants to take place. If the minimum is not met, Studio Sheean reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the experience, with alternative options communicated to the client.
7. Intellectual Property
All artwork, illustrations, photographs, and content displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Studio Sheean and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
Studio Sheean reserves the right to photograph or document work created during events or experiences for portfolio and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Liability
Studio Sheean is not responsible for delays or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, venue restrictions, illness, or force majeure events.
Participants in workshops and experiences take part at their own risk.
9. Website Use
This website is provided for informational purposes only. While efforts are made to ensure accuracy, Studio Sheean does not guarantee that all information is always current or error-free.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.
